R&D center

一一The R&D center has a core team of over 20 talented engineers with doctor, master, or undergraduate degrees. It is highly specialized in developing formulations for designated material properties, or, in facilitating the improvements in material processing such as blending, molding, debinding, sintering, and/or machining. In recent years, the R&D center has developed key products such as ceramic capillaries, ceramic heaters, ceramic circuit substrates for semiconductor industry, and ceramic femoral head for medical industry.



一一In the course of developing ceramic products and equipment relating to development of advanced ceramics and high precision manufacturing equipment, the R&D center has been granted 47 Chinese invention patents, 10 Chinese utility patents, 4 PCT patents, 2 US invention patents, as well as 1 scientific and technological achievement recognition from the local government. The company has been certified as "National High Tech Enterprise" and "National Specialized, Innovative Small- and Medium-sized Enterprise". The project “Development of ceramic capillaries” has been granted a funding of 2 million (RMB) from the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission in 2021. The R&D Center has established close collaborations with universities and institutes including Shenzhen University, Guangdong University of Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), Hong Kong Institute of Nanometer and Advanced Materials Research and Development (NAMI).     


一一The R&D center is composed of 4 technology platforms, in corresponding to materials development, process development, application development and equipment development. It is equipped with laboratories for material analysis and testing, computer-aided design and simulation, ceramic precision processing, and equipment engineering, facilitating implementation of projects concerning ceramic micro/nano powder formulation and dispersion, precision molding, hard & brittle material fine machining and precision measurement & metrology, as well as equipment development for precision ceramic machining.




一一The R&D center also serves as an engineering hub responsible for the technical support for smooth transition from first article to pilot mass manufacturing.
