By utilizing its independently developed brazing process, Suntech achieves extremely high airtightness in ceramic-metal brazing, with a leakage rate of less than 1*10-13Pa.m3/s. This brazing process takes advantage of the differences in the melting points of metals at high temperatures and the thermal expansion coefficients of ceramics. By using suitable brazing materials, it forms a strong connection between the ceramic and metal, thereby meeting the requirements for airtightness.
