The materials for the dispensing nozzles are diverse, including stainless steel, tungsten steel, and ceramic. They are currently widely applied in die bonding machines from brands such as ESEC (BESI) and ASM.

Compared to metal materials, ceramic dispensing nozzles exhibit superior in internal surface roughness and have a smoother surface. While metal dispensing nozzles have a straight internal structure, ceramic dispensing nozzles can achieve a full conical internal design. This unique design ensures a smoother dispensing process, effectively solving glue sticking issues in practical production scenarios, thereby significantly enhancing the stability and precision of the dispensing process.
