SUNTECH high precision ceramic parts for medical applications

Since 2014, SUNTECH has supplied ceramic plungers for blood cell analyzers to major IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) customers. SUNTECH has over 18 years of advanced ceramic manufacturing experience, from powder formulation to green forming, sintering, precision machining the entire process is completed by us.

With the wide application of advanced ceramic materials in medical, more and more product types have been introduced, including ablation scalpel, laser scalpel, ceramic sampling needle, ceramic blood valve, fluid control rotary valve and other medical ceramic parts.

After a long time of exploration and countless attempts, SUNTECH has launched the ceramic femoral head and insert in 2024. We are at the leading level for this technology.

In the same year 2024, Cericare Medical, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SUNTECH, has passed the ISO 13485 medical device quality management system certification, and has built a 10,000-level clean production workshop of about 200 square meters and a 10,000-level positive room of about 80 square meters for the manufacture of high-end medical ceramic parts.
